PEACEFUL LIFE GUARANTEED ,  LOW COST,  HUGE APPRECIATION

Personal Mission Statement

    1. All said and done, a realtor's primary purpose is to make money for himself. Do all the realtor's have integrity and sense of purpose? Are there some fly-by-night operators? I have given below what I consider qualities absolutely necessary in a realtor. Find these qualities and you have found someone like me!

    1. Integrity:  Availability to clear all doubts at any time of the day (we do not rule out nights) is our benchmark. The old saw 'Honesty is the best policy' still holds good in the way we conduct our business.

    1. Character:  Making money for myself is the primary purpose of my being a realtor. Having said that, ethics and moral issues are foremost considerations in my doing business. I am not about to give up my character for short term gains.

    1. Professionalism: Remember Pat Gates' golden words? If you see someone without a smile, give him one of yours! Well, that is me. Why create acrimony by being grimness personified? I am pleasant to talk to and will be there for you.

    1. Education: Keeping abreast of things in the real estate milieu and the possible impact any government rules and the current trend will have on it are part of my education process. It continues every day.

    1. Enthusiasm: I am no run-of-the-mill realtor. I may not exactly be a teenager in love while taking over a deal but only a little less enthusiastic about it. I do not propose to rest until the deal is successfully completed to your satisfaction.

    1. Service: The service that one expects from a real estate agent is fully justified and i am armed with all possible information . The same enthusiastic commitment to the deal when the whole business starts continues relentlessly till success is achieved.

Did I sound like I was Mother Teresa reincarnated? Well, you cannot be blamed for thinking that but I was honest about myself. And, isn't honesty the best policy? After reading all this, if you decide to move away from this page on to some other realtor's website, you are most welcome and I wish you the very best real estate deal.
